MY STORY

Sometimes it is hard to introduce yourself because you know yourself so well that you do not know where to start with. Let me give a try to see what kind of image you have about me through my self-description. I hope that my impression about myself and your impression about me are not so different. Here it goes.
I was born in a rural home in Keiyo South, Kenya. I grew up with my uncles and grandparents around, My mother was and is still present in my life, and she greatly influenced me as I grew up as well. I got my nickname “Batson” in primary school which is a combination of my grandfather’s surname Batote and the word “son”. Son of Batote – Batson.

I studied in a public primary school and later joined AIC Chebisaas High school, I joined Moi University in April 2012, where i studied Bachelor of science (Informatics). After graduating from the University, i worked with Envisage Limited, Virtual Global and Medicross Kenya. In May 2017 i started working with Doctors without Borders organisation under its Nairobi Branch office – Displacement unit – as an eHealth Technologist. I moved to Barcelona in September 2018 to work for the same organisation but with a different role – eLearning Technician. I am currently Based in Barcelona Spain.

I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I like to read, I like to write; I like to think, I like to dream; I like to talk, I like to listen. and more of all i love travelling.
