Moodle is actively working  to improve mobile learning and also make sure they are up to the latest technology. Moodle web 3.5 was released some weeks ago with the main aim of incorporating GDPR features and some few UI updates. checkout more in the video below

In Moodle mobile, There is a complete redesign of the user interface, including the switch to bottom menu and updated user profile. Moodle Mobile 3.5 will be compatible with Moodle 3.1 or newer only.
